- Intake & evaluation (60 min): history, goals, and a practical plan.
- Follow-ups (45 min): track symptoms, adjust meds if indicated, integrate therapy skills.

- Private, HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Clear next steps—medications when appropriate, therapy integration, and sleep/circadian supports.
- Care coordination with your therapist, PCP, and pharmacy when helpful.

We’ll review coverage and options before scheduling. Superbills available; Fees are discussed at intake.

Where can you see me?
Your insurance must have your address listed in New York State. This ensures we can legally and ethically provide care across the state.
Can you manage medications by Telehealth?
Yes. We prescribe when appropriate, discuss risks/benefits, and coordinate labs or vitals as needed.
What if technology fails?
We’ll reconnect by video or phone and reschedule if needed. You won’t be charged for platform issues beyond your control.
